Perfekte Lage und Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Das kleine Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sehr sauber. Für zwei Personen hat es die optimale Größe. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber wunderbar ruhig und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen - wenn es sich einrichten lässt - sehr gerne wieder!! Nicht zu vergessen die bequeme Matratze, durchaus nicht selbstverständlich!

Séjour très agréable.

Appartement idéalement situé, rues piétonnes, sites d’intérêt, restaurants et bars à proximité. La propriétaire s’est montrée attentive et réactive. Tout-à-fait recommandable.

Situation idéale.

Studio très coquet au 2e étage d'un édifice sécurisé et très calme. Il est petit mais tout a été pensé pour maximiser l'espace. Parfait pour deux personnes. Bien équipé pour cuisiner et décoré avec goût. Idéalement situé dans le quartier piétonnier de Montorgueil où on peut se rendre facilement à pied pour visiter des lieux mythiques de Paris. Angela, la propriétaire, nous a accueilli avec chaleur et gentillesse. Cet appartement est hautement recommandable pour qui veut vivre quelques jours au cœur de la ville.

Home away from home!

Me and my husband stayed here twice> in the beginning of our trip and in the end, and both were amazing. The location is perfect: in a beautiful and very Parisian neighborhood near the train station (tha has elevator, what is essential for the luggages), montorgueil street (with a lot of good restaurantes, bakeries, supermarkets, wine store), Pompidou Centre and Galeries Lafayette... The apartment is perfect too: the sofabed is very confortable and makes the room more spacious, the kitchen has everything we need and a little more, the shower is the best after a walking freezing day! Angela and her husband are the best hosts and we are hoping to meet then soon. Anyway, this is the best place to make the most of your stay in Paris!

Amazing small studio in amazing location

This apartment was absolutely amazing. My husband and I wanted something in the heart of Paris, close to a metro station and this was the perfect place for an amazing price. The studio for 2 has a small kitchen with all new appliances and the restroom has all new fixtures. They keep this place VERY clean and fully stocked with plates, forks, knives cups etc. The apartment is small but it is very safe (requires 2 security codes to enter) and in a vibrant part of the city, a short walk away from the Louvre. The bed is a pull out couch but it is very comfortable and provides extra space when you put the bed back. Angela, the owner, is extremely kind, waited up late for our arrival and constantly communicated through email. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! You won't be disappointed!

Super Lage, Gute Ausstattung, Prima Service

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Paris. Viele Sehenswuerdigkeiten sind zu Fuss (15-20 min.) zu erreichen. Die Metrosation Les Halles ist 10 min. entfernt. Einkaufs- und Fruestucksmoeglichkeiten gibt es sozusagen um die Ecke. Perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und ist fuer die Groesse perfekt und sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Wie echte Pariser gefühlt

Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir im November gleich wieder kamen. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sauber, herrlich ruhig gelegen und doch mitten im Herzen von Paris. In der nahen Rue Montorgueil, mit ihren vielen Geschäften und Cafés, bekommt man alles was man braucht...und das beste Baguette gleich um die Ecke! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Louvre oder die Notre Dame, sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Auch die Metro ist ganz in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht Deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit - Vielen Dank für alles! Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Prima appartement

Afgelopen weekend 3 nachten in dit appartement gelogeerd. Prima verblijf, het ligt in een rustige zijstraat van 2 leuke winkelstraten op loopafstand van het Louvre. Het is niet al te groot en heeft wel een slaapbank maar voor een slaapbank slaapt deze prima. Zou er zeker nog wel eens terug komen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse.

Da ist Paris besonders schön!

Wohnung klein aber verfügt über wirklich alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ruhige Lage und wenige Schritte weiter in der Rue Montorgueil Paris-Feeling total- wie man sich Paris vorstellt. Kultur und Kunst in Laufweite, zum Centre Pompidou ist es ein Katzensprung. Zur Metro ist es auch nur ein paar Meter. Ein sensationelles Baguette gibt´s um die Ecke.... hmmm. Und: Supernette Vermieter- vielen Dank! Der beste Osterurlaub in Paris den wir je hatten! Wir kommen sicher noch einmal!

perfect apartment!

I rented this studio 2 weeks ago and found it to be perfect for me! I was traveling solo and the location seemed safe, with Rue Montorgueil being a perfect place to shop and dine, with wine and cheese chops, cafes and delicious pizza (just north). I miss being able to walk out my door and have a delicious pastry and cafe!! The Metro stop is a 3 minute walk, very convenient. Angela met me right on time when I arrived, showed me the place and made me feel welcome. The apartment was clean and just as it looked on-line. Everything was in working order, too. The neighborhood was fantastic, with the Louvre a mere 20 minute walk away with so much to see along the way. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend! And would love to come back someday as well :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben 5 Tage in Paris verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen gleich um die Ecke. Am Abend lädt die Fußgängerzone, mit vielen Cafes und Läden zum Ausklingen des Tages ein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht Deutsch. Sie steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Perfekt

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns für eine Woche wie echte Pariser gefühlt. Danke für die nette Betreuung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, perfekt und gemütlich, sehr sauber, schön ruhig gelegen und doch mitten drin. Ein Einkaufsparadies für frische Lebensmittel gleich um die Ecke. Ein tolles Viertel mit vielen Bistros, Bars und Restaurants. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Mit dem Laptop war auch Kontakt mit dem Rest der Welt möglich. Wir würden unbedingt wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.
