The space
The apartment is located in a 1924 building that once belonged to the Comtes de Châteaubriand family.

This spacious apartment is a true haven of elegance designed by a French architect, where high ceilings, a marble fireplace, and wooden flooring meet the highest contemporary standards, such as AC and subtle LED lighting. Guest access
Warning: It is very important to respect the other neighbors in the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor (elevator)

There is an elevator, but please note that there are some stairs to reach it.

Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
