Questo delizioso appartamento si trova in rue de Portefoin, in un edificio del XIX secolo, a pochi passi da Square du Temple, dai negozi alla moda di rue de Bretagne e dal Mercato dei Bambini Rossi (Le Marché des Enfants Rouge), il il più antico mercato alimentare di Parigi. Puoi anche fare una passeggiata al Museo Picasso, al Cirque d'hiver, a Place des Vosges, all'Opéra Bastille o al Centre Georges Pompidou.

Questo appartamento di 50 mq molto elegante si trova al quinto piano con ascensore. Può ospitare 4 persone. È stato completamente rinnovato da un architetto nel novembre 2011. Si compone di un ingresso, una cucina separata, un soggiorno, una camera da letto e un bagno.

Un bon séjour

L'accueil a été simple. L'appartement est bien équipé et situé dans une rue calme. Dommage pour le sofa lit qui n'est pas du tout commode. Nous conseillons de le changer. En outre le matin en faisant mes exercices sur le tapis du séjour je sentais quand même odeur de poussière. Faudrait mieux nettoyer. Malgré ces obsrevations le séjour a été agréable et L'appartement est très sympa.

Great stay in Marais/Pompidou

We really liked the spacious and well-appointed apartment and the location. Good for restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved the two tall French doors leading out to balconies in both the living room and bedroom. We will definitely consider renting here again. 2 things we want the management to be aware of: We were unable to enter the apartment at the designated time because the cleaning was not completed, so we were asked to come back an hour and one half later. More importantly the apartment front door needs to be repaired so it has better security for locking when leaving (without slamming as requested in an elevator sign) and for locking when inside the apartment at night for our security. Other these 2 concerns we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Parisian apartment in fantastic location

We loved our stay here: so central in Paris, and yet on a peaceful street, but the advantage of being a couple of minutes walk from plenty of great shops, cafes & restaurants and metro. The apartment is on the 5th floor, there is a (very small) lift to help with access if you need. The apartment is really clean & beautifully furnished. We loved the views from the balcony and being able to sit out at the small table for two. Four of us stayed here and found it the perfect base for exploring the city.

Key problem

Scary start. Midnight and can’t get the key to open the door. Tried and tried. Almost went to another hotel even though luggage in the room and unavailable. Finally got key to work. Owner should fix this. Otherwise a very nice apartment and no complaints.

Beautiful apartment

This was a perfect place to stay during our 4 day trip to Paris. Great neighborhood, quiet, safe and secure. There was a very small elevator but worked great. Very clean apartment decorated very nice. Loved the sweet balcony with a table and two chairs. The view was beautiful. Recommend they get new pillows and provide more kitchen towels. But definitely a 5 star in our book.

Comfortable stay on the edge of the Marais

A pleasant 3 days at this property in January . Convenient to Marais and Republique. On a quiet side street, 5 th floor (of 6) with a very small but functional elevator. Kitchen and bath supplied with all the basics. In warmer weather the small balcony would be a plus.

Perfect!

Lovely apartment in a great location—Metro (Temple) about 4 blocks and large Monoprix by the station. Very secure with (small) elevator on the 5th floor. Quiet and safe neighborhood and apartment. Roopesh was very responsive and helpful, and ordered us a wonderful private car to get to the airport (Mr Mousa). Great stay in Paris to see Christmas celebration!

Location location

The appartement has all the amenities necessary we stayed a month. Pros: location close to metro, restaurants, park, patisserie. Very confortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen. I did appreciate the washer I did clean the sheets and towels. Cons: when we came in the appartement needed to be clean and the person who welcome us did it, it took 30 minutes and with our night flight we were tired. Just a minor problem I recommend this place.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

This was the second time that we stayed in this apartment, each time for over a month, and it will not be our last. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the layout of the rooms is very good. We especially love having the balcony. It's wonderful to sit out there in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The neighborhood is really perfect, with grocery stores, boulangeries, and restaurants galore just steps from the apartment.

Honeymoon Stay

Our stay here was great! The location was perfect for shops, restaurants and other attractions. Being on the fifth floor was pleasant with a constant breeze when the windows were open. A nice kitchen with the equipment we needed. Had to pick up extra washer detergent and there weren't too many condiments (oils, salt, seasonings, etc) to cook with, but overall, we would stay here again!

Great Base in Paris

We stayed here for 6 weeks - it’s in a great location with good shopping and transport links. We did have a problem with a leak but the owner responded very promptly. The apartment would benefit from a bit of repainting , but I would definitely recommend a stay here .

Kalu takes Vovó and Gramps to Paris

We had a fabulous time in Paris made easy by the wonderful accommodations. Loved being in this neighborhood where we could walk to museums, the islands, great restaurants -- tons qu'il faut. Don't know when we'll be back but this would be an easy choice for a return visit. Thank you.
