You get what you expect in this Hausmann-like apartment of this price range, with the pleasant surprises that the property is very quiet and the stairs and small lift are easily used. You are few steps away from a Monoprix and only a stroll into the Marais and the vibrant Rue Montorgueil. The hosts made it possible for us (3 seniors) to check in and check out with ease. There is abundant natural light facing the quiet street, but better lighting after dark would make this apartment more comfortable. As would a third set of keys (fobs) if more than two are booked.

David and Isabel are very responsive. The house has a good sized living room which is great for spreading out. Paris is a noisy city so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear buds. It was nice to have access to a washer dryer combo between 9 am to 6 pm. Monoprix is round the corner and you have access to excellent restaurants.

Convenient location right across from the grocery store. Two comfortable bedrooms and nice sized living room. Very secure building for two women travelling. Early check in was appreciated after a long flight. Minor repair in the bathroom was fixed quickly. Overall very nice stay.

We stayed 10 nights and had a great experience! The apartment is in a fantastic location—close to the metro, major attractions, and plenty of food options. It’s spacious enough that we never felt cramped, and it’s well equipped with everything we needed. We had breakfast at home every day and even cooked a couple of dinners when we were too tired to go out. Having a Monoprix just 20 meters away was super convenient. Only suggestion: the sofa could use some reupholstering for extra comfort. Would definitely recommend!

A pleasant Paris treat

The location of the apartment is ideal- close to Monoprix and the metro.Isabel was very understanding about our late arrival due to train delays and met us curbside at the apartment.The suite is supplied with a lot of condiments although we never ate in except for breakfast.Was great to have the use of a washing machine as the weather was stifling during our stay. Great location!

Convenient stay in Marais

We stayed for a week grandparents and 10 year old granddaughter. Clean, well equipped kitchen(but we did not cook). Bathroom clean, plenty of hot water, pretty small, no place to put your toiletries, soap in the shower though the shower is full size. Bedrooms are small but have enough hanging space but no room for a suitcase so we unpacked. Enough plugs for charging. Living dining area very comfortable size with tall ceilings and fireplace. Leather furniture not very comfortable, cracked and needs to be replaced. Windows all new operational so ventilation and light very good. It was pretty warm 80’s when we stayed and still stayed comfortable. Quiet during our stay. The location was outstanding. On a small quiet street but close to stores food and drink and metro. Washer dryer worked and was convenient. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value for the location.

Excellent location

The property is located in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Louvres, Notre-Dame and so much more. There is a large Monoprix just across the street, very convenient. The beds were comfortable in both rooms; the area was very quiet with no disturbances or noises from the street. Temperature in the apartment was perfect. The living room and dining area is very nice and open. The leather sofa and chair would benefit though from reupholstering or replacement. The shower is new and very nice (size and functionality), note that the toilet placement is tight but it does the trick. We did not use the "outside garden area". It is accessible through the bathroom and actually is a sun roof without a roof. It is small and not particularly inviting. We preferred to go outside for fresh air. The early check in was so much appreciated after a long flight and having lots of luggage. Isabel was very responsive and helpful. She met us at the apartment to let us in, provide information on amenities and to wish us a nice welcome in Paris. She always responded quickly and very nicely to any enquiries. All in all, I would recommend this apartment. David and Isabel were responsive, helpful and accommodating. The location is the highlight and we would stay there again should the occasion arise.

Great spot!

My sister & I stayed for 9 nights and had a great experience! Easy to communicate with owner/manager via VRBO app ahead and then via What’s App while there. The location was perfect with so many shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance. Monoprix also right around the corner. A metro stop is also just around the corner and another one for a different line is about 8 min walk so can get to anywhere easily. The property was spacious by European standards. Would be plenty of room for up to 4. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms had hanging space and shelves to be able to unpack. Easy to open/close windows for fresh air and had 2 plug in fans if needed. It was perfect for our stay!I would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in great location

We had a great time in Paris and the apartment complemented our stay. There is everything you need in the apartment which is in a very central location but still quiet at night and the host was very responsive to any questions we had!

Excellent Location!

My daughter and I were very happy with our stay while in Paris. The location of the apartment was excellent. Would come back and stay here in a heart beat. Our only concern is that perhaps the apartment is a little tired…the sofas could use some updating. But having said that the beds were very comfortable.and we slept very well. Thank you very much for our stay it was perfect!

Wonderful time in Le Marais

Had the most wonderful week at this place. Great for older kids and adults (4 total). Close to Metro. David and Isabel were great hosta and accommodated our needs.

Amazing perfect stay!

We booked this place for my daughter’s 10th bday! Great neighborhood. Monoprix across the street. Tons of cafes around. And walked to most of the attractions with in 20-30 min. Ubers/FREENOW rides 15 minutes. Property was clean and cute and exactly what we needed.
