The Space:
Welcome to this quiet and functional studio, located on the 6th floor with elevator: the ideal pied-à-terre just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower! It is perfectly arranged for two travelers.
The studio includes:
• A living space: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• An equipped kitchen: microwave, hotplates, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A modern bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The studio also has laundry facilities: iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack.

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

Bed linens and towels are provided for your ultimate comfort and maximum convenience throughout your stay.
Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family Services:
Upon advance request (with a 72-hour notice) and subject to availability, we can provide a baby cot and high chair. Please note that baby linens are not provided.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online only by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days following departure, subject to no noted damages.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' tranquility. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Please refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.
IMPORTANT: The minimum age for booking is 21 years old. Individuals under 21 years old will only be allowed entry in the presence of an adult meeting the age requirement; otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
