Nid d'amour - à 900m de la Tour Eiffel

  • We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Paris, two steps of the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, this charming studio of a surface of 25 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

    The accommodation is composed as follows:
    - A living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, a hotplate, a Nespresso coffee machine...
    - A sleeping area with queen-size bed (160x200), TV and storage space
    - A bathroom with shower and WC

    Exterior:
    The apartment opens onto a small courtyard of 10m², facing north-east, with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days.

    For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

    The apartment is ideally located in Paris, in the seventh arrondissement, in a very pleasant, calm and family-friendly neighborhood.
    The seventh district concentrates many emblematic monuments and great museums. You will be able to discover the Champ de Mars park bordered by the Eiffel Tower only 300 meters from your apartment. To see also: the National Hotel of the Invalides, the Rodin museum, the Basilica Sainte Clothilde etc.
    You will benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

    Transportation:
    The district is very well served by transport (metro and bus).
    However, if you choose to come by car, you will be able to park near the accommodation (paying parking).

    - Free Wifi available
    - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
    - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Easy access to Eiffel tower and cafes

This one bedroom apartment has everything you need to stay and eat. You will easily walk to the Eiffel tower and to the many restaurants in old Paris city. Nearby transit is easy to operate and brings all the major tourist attractions within less than 1/2 hour.

Working week in Paris

Cute little studio off the courtyard. Fantastic location. Overall worked out well, but some suggestions for improvement: radiator instructions are confusing, remove the spaces from the wifi password, code for the key box didn't seem to work on checkout.

La imagen que aparece en la págína web induce a pensar que el apartamento tiene una especie de patio propio, cuando en realidad es un patio de vecinos, por el que se accede al apartamento. Las sillas y la mesa que aparecen en la foto estaban atadas con un cadena de forma que no podía usarse. No estaba bien surtido de utensilios de cocina. No había sacacorchos, aceite ..."

Nid d'amour "Ubicación muy buena cerca de la torre eiffel. Tuvimos que llamar al anfitrión para hacer el check in y el número que nos dio la agencia estaba equivocado. Fuimos 3 noches con un bebe de 8 meses y la calefacción no se encendió ningún día. El segundo día intenté contactar de nuevo con la persona de contacto por teléfono y por email y todavía espero a que me contesten. Pasamos frío. En el anuncio pone que hay calefacción pero no funciona… No volveríamos a repetir."

Nid d'amour "We stayed here for 5 nights and had no trouble getting to and from the places we wanted to go. Uber drivers found us easily and the Metro (Ècole Militaire) is less than 10 min walk away The street is well lit and quiet and the building is secure with 2 keypads and 3 door keys! (Keys were slightly worn so tricky to open the door sometimes) We felt safe and the area was quiet, however, the upstairs neighbours were very noisy (walking around, moving furniture, slamming doors etc. starting early in the morning and not stopping until after midnight) - it wasn’t unbearable but I’d recommend ear plugs! Our only complaints were that we had to buy our own washing detergent and extra toilet paper when we ran out. The sleeping area can also get quite cold at night as the heater is in the kitchen area and the floors are cold but, again, it wasn’t unbearable and we had a pleasant stay! We would definitely stay here again ??"
