The flat is inspired by the cabins of luxury yachts (ceiling height 2m in the bedroom/kitchen area, 2.2m in the living room).



55m2 flat on the FIRST FLOOR, air-conditioned BEDROOM, comprising :

- 1 comfortable living room with custom-made sofa, coffee table, TV and wi-fi

- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher)

- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm)

- 1 contemporary shower room, toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
