The Space:

60 m2 apartment fully air-conditioned on 2 floors with elevator which includes:

- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, TV, wifi - A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, washing machine)

- 2 bedrooms with double beds

- 2 bathrooms with shower and sink, without toilet

- 1 separate toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

We loved this little apartment. We were in Paris for a wedding and this location was super convenient. Lots of sights and sounds nearby.

Bad experience

The location was exceptionally good. That’s all it had. The rest regarding tge apartment was terrible. He had plumbing issue which we notified the agent without much help. They sent in a technician but didn’t really do anything as the bathroom plumbing initially stunk the room then spread to the entire unit. It was horrendous. In addition, a light in one of the room did not work So we informed the agent. They sent a tech in who again couldn’t fix the issue and told us to turn off the circuit power for the room. However, once we do that both rooms light were all off. Overall, I would rate it as 1-2 stars.

Amazing location

This apartment has been renovated and looks very good. It was clean when we got there. The location cannot be beat as you are right on the Champs Elysées at walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe and all the big shopping centres. We were there in December and the Champs Elysées looks amazing for the holidays. I definitely recommend.

Amazing location!

We took a chance on this property and I am so glad that we did. I would normally not book a property without reviews but I do not regret booking this property. The location is amazing! You have everything you need nearby, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, food markets. You name it and it’s there. The property is located inside of a plaza and the building is a mixed use building. But the inside of the apartment is just as pictured. We had an amazing girls trip and would definitely book it again for a family trip. The property fit all 5 of us comfortably.
