We are delighted to present our sumptuous 3-bedroom flat, nestled in a Haussmann-style building just a stone's throw from the Palais Royal in the heart of Paris. Our flat is ideally located, close to many typical Parisian shops, cafés and restaurants, My elegant, modern, fully equipped and tastefully decorated accommodation is ideal for a successful stay in the capital with family or friends.

Superb apartment, large, comfortable, clean, and great location. Well laid out floorplan. Communicative and friendly host. We were able to get into the apartment early, which was very helpful. Would definitely go back. Only caveat is that throughout our week long stay there was very loud construction and street repair being done right outside our building -- would recommend you check with the host about the status of the work.

The contact person was great. Our unit was mostly clean, some stains on the carpet and the kitchen could have been better supplied. the building looked to be under renovation with plastic and paper on the steps but once you got inside it was good.The people running the unit were very good. Communicated well, very helpful. All and all I would and have recommended it. Hope the building construciton gets done soon but it was a good sized unit for our family

Hello, Overall the apartment was fantastic, only a couple of small issues. The drains in more than one of the sinks drained very slowly. Windows in the living room were gorgeous but 2 of the 3 popped open with a strong breeze, they did not latch. I give 4.5 solid stars overall! Very comfortable and centrally located to make walking to most places very doable. Mark

Top location in Paris

We were four women friends between the ages of 65 & 70 years travelling from Australia.. The Haussman apartment was lovely & incredibly spacious,. It was decorated in a contempoary & stylish way while playing homage to some of its original interior features. Beautiful high ceilings, large windows in every room with beautiful lookout onto other classic French apartments. The marble bathrooms were modern & clean. We also utilused the sofa bed which was also large & comfortable. The location was perfect with some excellent restaurants & boulangeries within walking distance & metro close buy.The communication from Studio Prestige was excellent..& they were helpful answering any queries.. They made regular contact with me through email & whatsapp messages & phonecalls while I was travelling in Europe which was very reassurring. I would highly recommend this apartment but also Studio Prestige Paris for their professionalism & kind & helpful staff.

Great Paris Flat

This is an excellent choice if you’re visiting Paris. Close to the Metro and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the flat was very clean, and there were heaters to use during our Christmastime visit.

Stained carpets, major construction, unresponsive manager

Good location and nice property, but the master bedroom carpet was significantly stained and there was severe noise all day and dust in the stairs from a major construction just one floor below in the same building (construction in the adjacent building as well). The manager of the property was very responsive until the check-in but nearly unresponsive after notifying the issues.
