A beautiful, fully renovated apartment, specially designed for travelers and perfectly suited for short and medium-length stays. It has been decorated and furnished with a modern and elegant touch. Conveniently located, just a 1-minute walk from the metro (lines 6 or 8), it offers quick access to the capital's main attractions. This charming apartment is very functional and practical; you'll find everything you need during your stay. It is quiet, comfortable, and accessible without stairs. The neighborhood is typically Parisian: bakeries, cafes, bars, terraces, and restaurants/brasseries with different menus and specialties every day, all offering good value for money. Safe and quiet, this area also has a large supermarket nearby. Every two days, there is an open-air market with fresh, traditional, and high-quality products from all over France. The Coulée Verte (greenway) is just a 1-minute walk away. This is a magnificent 4km-long flower-filled park that runs through Paris to the Place de la Bastille; a beautiful and peaceful walk. It's right next to our apartment! There's also bicycle parking, and if needed, you can rent bikes freely at any time. It's very convenient if you want to explore Paris by bike. The apartment is laid out as follows: - 1 living room with a very comfortable and easy-to-use sofa bed. This sofa provides a double bed for 2 people. It has a comfortable mattress, suitable for everyday use. - 1 fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. 1 bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) (high-quality mattress), bedside tables, bedside lights, and plenty of practical storage! 1 second bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (140x190 cm) (high-quality mattress), bedside tables, bedside lights, and plenty of practical storage! 1 bathroom with a large shower, mirror, and storage. 1 toilet. We provide linens (towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats, etc.) as well as basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). You have access to Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV. Upon request, we can provide a baby cot. For your comfort, we can also offer a private chauffeur service to take you from the train station or airport to the apartment!
