Master bedroom: A cosy room with double bed and TV for maximum comfort.

Bedroom 2: A convivial room with bunk beds, perfect for younger guests or friends.

Bathroom: A beautiful, modern and functional marble bathroom, equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: 1 marble toilet with washbasin for added convenience.

Additional room: a small, cosy room on the floor below with sofa and TV.

Additional amenities: Air conditioning, Washing machine, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home.

* The front door of the apartment opens directly onto the street. The apartment gets little natural light and can feel dark, which may bother guests who value daylight.
* The apartment is ideal for four. With five or six guests, two sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, there is little storage for everyone's belongings and space becomes tight.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 12th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Michel Bizot and Daumesnil metro stations, in a quiet, air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms, a small extra room on the floor below and beds our guests describe as very comfortable.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
