Living room: A designer living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Kitchen: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine.

Bedroom 1: One bedroom with double bed, television and bathroom.

Bedroom 2: One bedroom with double bed and television on the first floor.

Bedroom 3: One bedroom with double bed, television and bathroom with toilet.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms in total. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer on the ground floor and one bathroom on the first floor with shower, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: Three toilets are separate from the bathrooms.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi included, TV screen, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The duplex is located on the second floor of a secure building. There is an elevator, but it may occasionally malfunction; therefore, access to the apartment requires using the stairs, making it unsuitable for people with limited mobility.

The duplex is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
