On the plus side, you will have 85 m² (915 sq ft) in a quiet setting in the 12th arrondissement, a 4-minute walk from Porte Dorée metro station (line 8) and close to the Bois de Vincennes, on the 2nd floor of a secure building with a lift, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
