1 Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a marble backsplash, oven, range hood, coffee machine, and kettle
1 Bar area with a high table and woven stools
1 Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, walk-in closet, and TV
1 Bathroom with a bathtub, vanity unit, round mirror, toilet, and washer-dryer

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, hair dryer, bed linens, and towels provided for each guest.

Cleaning fees include fresh sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeper.

* The apartment is on the ground floor, facing the street, and is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it gets very hot inside, including at night, which can make it hard to sleep well. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.
* The area is residential, but in the evening its surroundings can feel run-down and not very reassuring when coming back late. If you often come back late and want a very peaceful setting, please take this into account.

On the plus side, you will have 40 m² (431 sq ft), entirely new since March 2026, decorated by an interior designer and all on one level, with a bedroom, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, a bathtub and a washer-dryer, a 10-minute walk from Volontaires (line 12) and Pernety (line 13) metro stations.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.

Access to the accommodation is self-guided thanks to a detailed arrival guide, available at any time.

If you arrive after 11 p.m., it is important to follow the instructions carefully to ensure smooth entry. No assistance can be provided outside the hours indicated.
