We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

To ensure the best sanitary conditions, our apart-hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected.

Our apartment is ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people for a pleasant stay in Paris. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, electric heating, and a television.

Its compact American kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, tableware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle) allowing you to easily prepare a meal, snack, or drinks among friends or family.

Gathered around the table or comfortably seated on the living room sofas, you'll share a convivial moment.

Our apartment will captivate you with its elegance and simplicity, as well as the cozy and warm atmosphere provided by its exposed beams, so typical of Paris.

Regarding its location, you'll be right in the heart of Paris, close to the best attractions, museums, bars, and restaurants that the capital has to offer.

Great apartment, shame about smelly bathroom

Unfortunately the drains smell from the bathroom took over the whole flat. The Agent was good and did send someone in to investigate, but it didn't make any difference. The flat is all newly decorated, well equipped, and in a really good central location. So, just a shame about the smell.

Nous avons été déçus par cette location, bien qu'il y ait quelques aspects positifs à noter: Emplacement (en plein quartier du Sentier) et l’isolation (gros plus en plein hiver Parisien) – En revanche, à notre arrivée, l'appartement semblait propre, mais il restait des zones qui auraient mérité plus de soin (tapis plein de cheveux, placard a vaisselle avec des giclures de sauces/boissons, frigo avec des traces de nourritures etc). L'aménagement de l'appartement était extrêmement sommaire voire degrade: Trous dans le canapé, ameublement de la cuisine extrêmement basique et vieillot, pas d’eponge, une vaisselle ébréchée, un seul verre a vin – tres limite alors que nous sommes en France etc, et enfin, autre point qui a vraiment gêné notre séjour était la présence d’un matelas deux places qui trônait dans la chambre à coucher, sans raison apparente, un matelas dans un état lamentable qui ne faisait qu’encombrer l’espace. Cela montre le manque de soin apporté à la préparation de ce lieu. Rien ne sera fait pour rendre votre séjour agréable.Mais le pire, reste l'odeur nauséabonde qui émanait de la salle de bain. C'était tout simplement insupportable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus désagréable. Bref je ne recommande pas Urban Flat (qui par ailleurs, prend une caution de 300 euros sans visite au prealable de l’appartement avec ses clients …. A vos risques et perils !)

Price is Main Benefit/Issue Need to Be Addressed

I will try to be honest but fair. The price was attractive on this unit and it was a big space with all of the things needed for cooking, laundry, big shower. It was close enough to Metro and sites. However, there were several things:1. First Impression not good-I rented for 1 person, but there was a thin, stained mattress on end in the front room with nowhere to hide it. There was a stained couch with a burned hole in one of the armrest, another burn hole in dining room chair, and lots of chips in the dining table edges. 2. Bathroom smell-The bathroom had a foul smell which did not go away the week that I was there. I am pretty tolerant of smells, but this really took away from the experience of being in the unit. I told them, so hope will address.3. Aged Components-one of the bed legs was not on properly and I slept on a leaning bed the first night until I figured out how to fix it (at least for now) The bedroom lights on the wall behind bed didn't work until I jiggled them. Loose and need repair.4. No elevator, uneven stairs up to 4th Floor. Would not be good for someone with mobility or stability issues. Also drop off between rooms inside kept making me trip.5. Dining table had not been cleaned properly. Stuff on table I hope was food/sauce (I had to clean). Like I said, the price was very attractive, so I was not expecting a 4 star unit. But I think your expectations should be low going in. I also think they need to do repairs and do better.
