This is the perfect retreat after a day on the mountain offering the luxuries of a home as well as a private hot tub that overlooks the ski lifts.

What’s nearby:
Mont Cervin Plaza is a ski-in/ski-out luxury vacation rental in the heart of Deer Valley Resort's exclusive Silver Lake Village. Located three miles from historic Main Street in Park City, a car is recommended. However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free! The complex offers access to an array of shops and dining options on the ground level, including Deer Valley Resort's renowned restaurants in Silver Lake Village. Visit downtown Park City and make sure to enjoy a fun-filled show at the Egyptian Theatre or visit one of the many art galleries nearby.

- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
- Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit.
- Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Everything about the property was conducive to relaxation, from check in to check out. I can not put into words the wonder of sitting in a hot tub looking out at the slopes and cuddling up by the fireplace. Always having access to the property team removed the last possibility of stress. Thank you for such a great stay!

Super clean place. The only caveat was the cleaning crew above us banging around loudly for about two hors, and we had to close our door due to the cigarette someone up there was smoking on the balcony. There is no A/C, so you have no choice but to have the doors and windows open in the summer. Again, great place overall.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It is steps away from multiple lifts and there is ski storage right next to the lift. We were able to ride one of the lifts down to the Snow Park Lodge where our four year old had daycare/ski school negating the need to ever use our car. I would absolutely stay here again. The only issue we had was that the microwave only worked intermittently, and that was annoying, but so minor it could very easily be fixed by now and I wouldn’t know. Look no further. This is where you want to stay.

Our family just returned from a long weekend stay at Mont Cervin Plaza #22. We have stayed at a nearby condo the past three years, so we were familiar with the location. The condo was clean and well appointed, with plenty of room for 4. Others have mentioned the noise from the snowcats at night, but that is the trade off being 100 yards from a lift. The Wi-Fi however was useless. We all had to use cellular connections and hotspots to access even the simplest of websites. The TV apparently uses a different internet connection, as that seemed to work fine. While AvantStay was very responsive, it did take several inquiries to get some basic questions answered about the property and certain logistics. Overall we were pleased and would stay again.

Perfect getaway for a few days at Deer Valley. Hiking Bonanza Flats, running the rail trail, walking thru town and a lunch at High West at Blue Sky Ranch. Condo was very well maintained and super clean. New hot tub was excellent (especially during the light snow)!

We loved the location. Timing was great for us because it was the off season so we were basically up there by ourselves. This was perfect considering we have two 6 year old kids. We felt comfortable and safe. The view was amazing. Thank you for the complimentary gifts! Much needed relaxing vacation. The gate code process for the garage kept us hung up a bit because it wasn't properly scanning but we were able to get through after multiple attempts.

We stayed (4) nights over Easter weekend. The condo was very nice and had everything you need for a family or small group. Extremely convenient to the mountain and Christie's Sports if you are renting. Check-in was simple. The only two minor things I would point out: 1. Because of the convenience to the slopes, the Snowcats could be pretty loud at night, and 2. No cable. Only streaming services. Make sure you have your logins and remember to logout.

We absolutely loved our trip and the house was perfect and exactly what we needed (my husband and I traveled with two of our children who were 6 & 7). You can tell the hosts have a lot of experience in hosting as they had everything on hand. The unit is very close to Deer Valley and you can walk with your ski boots right out the door to a lift that takes you directly to the lifts and ski school. You can even take the lift up to print your passes. Only issue we had was accessing the parking garage upon arrival…we arrived late and there was a lot of snow so it was hard to see the entrance to the garage and when we called the rental company they said it would take an hour to get back to us which wasn’t an option for us (we were traveling with small children and had taken an evening flight). There was no one around to ask (this area empties out at night) but we finally found it. The parking garage and spot are both so convenient (once you find it). There is also complimentary ski storage right outside the Mont Cervin which was huge. The unit is very close to the Stein Hotel which was great for (free!) arcade, dinner, apreś, etc. and there is also a coffee shop in the Golder hotel which was great for a quick coffee/breakfast grab. We will absolutely rent again.

We've stayed at multiple places at Deer Valley over the years. For a group of four, this place is very hard to beat. Location is excellent, right next to Silver Lake Lodge. The picture of the Sterling lift really doesn't tell the story of how close you are. The ski valet is right outside the door and Christy's rentals are in the lobby of the building. Go outside, take a few steps to the ski valet, then walk up the hill to where you can get on Sterling. Very, very easy and convenient. Inside, there's plenty of room. The kitchen had good supplies of seasonings and had ample amounts of silverware, dishes, etc. Nice to have an ice maker as well. The couch can sit three people comfortably and the fireplace is beautiful, but unfortunately doesn't really put out a noticeable amount of heat. The TV is set up with Roku. Having 2 1/2 baths was very helpful. Lots of closet space and drawer space as well. Washer/dryer in unit (though dryer was a bit loud) and if you need additional supplies there's a closet down the hall. One space is in the garage for parking and the elevator more or less takes you right up to the unit. Note that the entrance to the garage is right next to the Goldener Hirsch modern building, it took us a little to find it, and the spot is labelled MCP 22. The building is clearly old-ish but inside the condo was well-updated across the board. I can only come up with a handful of improvements: - The internet access thru AvantStay is terrible. The directions provided to get online didn't always work and it was hit/miss if we were connected. The TV works through the same connection and there were times we couldn't watch anything because the internet was bouncing. We ended up tethering to our phones for personal access or trying to pick up the Deer Valley Guest wifi connection. - The beds were either too soft by design or need replacing. Same with the pillows. For a place this nice, the beds were a bit of a letdown. I can't say that anyone in our party really got a solid night's sleep. - The unit is so close that you can clearly hear the beeping of the sno-cats grooming throughout the night. - AvantStay provided a QR code that we had to scan every time we entered and exited the garage, which meant I had to pull it up on the phone every time. Either give us a card, or I suppose I could have printed it off, but still. Overall though, we were huge fans and would definitely stay there again.
