Luxury home with breathtaking views, 10 min. to Mayflower Resort, 15 to gondola

An incredible vacation that provides ultimate luxury for large groups with hot tub, theatre room, incredible mountain views, game room, and space for up to 18 guests. Conveniently located for Deer Valley skiing, and the Sundance Film Festival, as well as the Midway Ice Castle, and cross country skiing at Soldier Hollow Nordic Center.

There is a 3 car garage, and space for 3 in the driveway. This house has basic amenities such as WiFi, laundry room, plus many more extras for remarkable comfort.

The entry room is on the main level, enter from the garage to find a mud room for coats and boots. The laundry room is adjacent to the mud room. On this floor you'll find a gourmet kitchen, well-stocked with tableware, pans, spices and other personal touches. There is a table that seats up to 10 in the dining room, great room equipped with large flat screen TV and killer views. The very spacious master bedroom and luxury bathroom is also on the main level with killer views as well. An office is also on this floor.

The 2nd level has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

The basement has 3 bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths. There is family room with TV, comfy sectional, pool table, foosball table, toy room, and kitchenette. Also on this floor is a home theatre with 8 reclining seats.

This house is a great home for families to enjoy every holiday, with extra touches to make your stay memorable. We have a pack n play, board games, toys, high chair, all the comforts of home! This is our home away from home, and we hope you enjoy the welcoming environment. This is NOT a party house - we know our neighbors well and don't want to bother them. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Please have lots of fun in the house, but respect the neighborhood. Not suitable for bachelor or wild parties.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Heber City e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Deer Valley Resort e Brighton Mountain Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Our party was a group of 8 adults who came from all over for a week of skiing. While it hadn't snowed before we arrived so the skiing wasn't great, the property and the view were amazing, Becky was attentive and responsive to our needs, we had no problems, and we can recommend Becky and this property without any reservations.

Great House for Large Group

Group of 7 adults, all desiring private bedrooms. House could hardly be more impressive. Two suites, 4BRs with 2 Jack & Jill bathrooms, a bunk room with very nice bunk beds, and a child's room. Kitchen and deck with stunning view, two large living areas w/large TVs, theater room, hot tub, pool & foosball tables, the list goes on. Kitchen was heavily stocked with condiments, spices, canned goods - so stop by to take inventory before you make your grocery run ... which is a whopping 1.5 miles away, so easy access for additional supplies runs. Coordination was easy, courteous, and accommodating. My 1-2 texts over the stay were answered within minutes. We will be back.

FABULOUS HOUSE FOR LARGE GROUP

This house was amazing!! It was so well stocked and had plenty of room for our large group! The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice, the kitchen was so well stocked and the views were amazing! We would love to come back to stay at this home for our next ski adventure!

Amazing views. Great location. Beautiful house with ALL the amenities. Comfy beds. Close to several ski locations including Park City. A 5 minute drive to Heber City. My family loved this vacation experience!

Great Place for Large Group

Becky was a great host and the house was great. The views from the house are incredible and its a very short drive to Deer Valley, Park City & Canyons. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing and the views were great. We had five couples and a couple of toddlers, everyone had their own space and bathroom. Heber was not far from Park City and we enjoyed being far away from the action. The house had everything we needed!

Loved it!

We could not have been more pleased. The zoning of the living spaces were perfect to allow each family to be in their own space. Great kitchen and gathering spaces. All the amenities of home. We cooked and cooked and cooked - food is love and the kitchen allowed us to do so. Toy room was a hit with the grandkids. Internet and streaming was great. Pool table, foosball, hot tub and move theatre were all used! View of the Heber Valley and Timpanogos was spectacular. Parking was ample and the neighborhood quiet. Sundance, Deer Valley, Park City and Soldiers Hollow all easily accessed. We hope to visit again.
