“This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises.”

“My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. Never happened so I went back to janitor room and got towels, blankets, toilet paper since we were out and trash bags. I get it . Hotel doesn’t clean...

“The room was very dirty. Roaches on the walls dirty. Bathroom smelled like urine. The bed was clean, we checked for bugs & mold none of that. But the walls and floors and just everything was visibly dirty inside and out though. The staff was present, they are very attentive to the lobby area it’s very clean and well maintained. They don’t talk much and don’t give off a very friendly demeanor.”

Zero dollars deposit was due at the time of booking, so I was a bit surprised when I arrived at the property an my reservation was canceled because they tried to charge my card before I got there. Only reason I did it this way was that I was a little skeptical about booking this particular hotel because what you see online is not what you always walk into.
