“The room was absolutely disgusting. I think there was more mold than paint. The toilet seat was dirty and had hair on it. The walls had holes all over and the smell was foul. I stepped in walked through and walked right back out.”

“The pool and hot tub was closed but wasn’t told. They didn’t ask me to sign when I checked in. I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. ”

“Small room but was everything we needed for our overnight in Yakima. Bed was really comfortable and the view of the river from the room was great. Walls are very thin, but we weren't disturbed by any noise at night. Diane working reception was very helpful and kind when we were looking to do an early check in. The free breakfast was on the higher end of the standard hotel breakfast you get (we were there on the weekend so we got to enjoy biscuits and gravy), with some good variety. Location was...
