“Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean when we arrived. The restroom was dirty, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed from the previous guest. This made us feel very uncomfortable and concerned about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. I immediately reported these issues to the front desk.
