“I stayed in New York with my family for Christmas, and overall it was very good. The beds were comfortable, but the floor and carpet weren't cleaned daily. During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered.”

“Hotel is prima. Ontbijt niet genomen. Personeel is vriendelijk, op één na. De receptioniste wilde ons geen water geven, terwijl we hier recht op hadden. e wilde dat we het moesten kopen in de market. Andere collega’s gaven vrijelijk water wanneer we erom voegen. Policy in het hotel is dat de kamer schoonmaak alleen op aanvraag gebeurd. Zijn we niet gewend vanuit Europa. ”

“The room and amenities were excellent especially when I gave birth to my daughter on Dec 12 and she was kept in NICU for 2 weeks. The location was perfect to get to and from the hospital also help with my postpartum recovery. Thank you ”
