“We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair. ”

“The hotel was nice, the staff friendly. Did not have the breakfast. Parking was easy.
I booked a king room with a Sofabed. My room did not have a Sofabed.
The courtyard was nice. The pool area needs work. The hot tub had no bubbling just hot water. ”

“The bathroom needed upkeep. Leaky faucet and barely any water pressure at the sink and in the shower. Housekeeping never came to our room during our stay. Had to call to get towels at the front desk in the evening. Rude staff member at the breakfast area rushing me away from coffee station to restock the creamers. Decent stay but nothing to write home about. ”
