The Space:

The villa is part of a charming seaside complex of just five family-owned homes, offering a unique combination of comfort, and authentic Cycladic hospitality. Nestled just steps from the sea, the villa provides a peaceful setting where guests can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Paros while still being close to local restaurants, traditional tavernas, and the famous kitesurfing spot of Pounta.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and features two beautifully appointed bedrooms (on on the ground floor, and one on the first floor) with ensuited bathrooms, plus one extra bathroom, and spacious living areas designed for relaxation. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. An additional single sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space. Combining traditional Cycladic architecture with modern amenities, the villa offers bright, welcoming interiors and a relaxed atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in Paros.



During your stay, you will have access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days, as well as a communal BBQ area where you can prepare and enjoy meals with family and friends. The outdoor spaces are designed to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, allowing guests to unwind while taking in the island breeze and beautiful sunsets.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire villa, as well as the shared swimming pool and BBQ area, and basketball court within the seaside complex. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including complimentary amenities, kitchen essentials, and basic cooking supplies such as sugar, salt, pepper, and more. Any products you find in the house are provided for your convenience and are complimentary.



Fresh drinking water is available in the kitchen, and hot water is available at all times. Wi-Fi access details will be sent on the day of your arrival.



To help you enjoy your stay, please note that ceiling fans operate by first turning on the light switch and then using the fan control. We also recommend keeping doors and mosquito screens closed, especially in the evenings, to prevent insects from entering the house.



As the property uses an eco-friendly biological sewage system, please do not dispose of toilet paper, wipes, or any other objects in the toilets. Additional charges may apply in the event of damage or blockage to the system.

The villa enjoys a privileged location just steps from the sea and within walking distance of Pounta Beach, one of the Mediterranean's most famous kitesurfing destinations. The area attracts visitors from around the world thanks to its ideal wind conditions, while also offering peaceful spots for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the stunning Aegean scenery.



Several beautiful beaches can be reached within a short drive. Agia Irini, 3 km away, often called the "Palm Beach" of Paros, is just a few minutes away and is known for its calm turquoise waters. The charming fishing village and beach of Alyki, 8 km from the villa, offers traditional waterfront tavernas and a family-friendly atmosphere, while Parasporos Beach, 7 km away, combines golden sand, beach bars, and vibrant summer energy. Golden Beach, within 20 km, one of the island's most famous stretches of coastline, is also easily accessible and is a favorite destination for water sports enthusiasts.



One of the highlights of staying in Pounta is the direct ferry connection to Antiparos. The ferry terminal is just 500 meters from the property, with crossings taking less than 10 minutes, making it easy to explore the island's charming harbor town, beautiful beaches, boutique shops, and traditional tavernas. Antiparos is also home to the famous Cave of Antiparos, one of the most impressive natural attractions in the Cyclades.



For those wishing to discover more of Paros, Parikia, the island's capital and main port, is only 8 km away. Here, guests can wander through charming whitewashed streets, visit historical landmarks, and enjoy the vibrant waterfront. The cosmopolitan village of Naoussa, known for its picturesque harbor, upscale restaurants, and nightlife, is approximately 18 km from the villa.

Getting around Paros is easy and convenient from Sunray Paros. A car, scooter, or ATV is recommended for exploring the island's beautiful beaches, traditional villages, and hidden gems at your own pace. Free private parking is available on the property.



Paros National Airport is approximately 5 km away, just a 7-minute drive from the villa, while Parikia Port, the island's main ferry port, is located 8 km away and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Guests can easily reach the property by taxi, rental car, or private transfer from both the airport and the port. We are also happy to assist with transfer recommendations upon request.



The villa is located just 500 meters from the Pounta–Antiparos ferry, with frequent departures throughout the day and a crossing time of only 7 minutes, making island-hopping effortless. Parikia, the island's main port and capital, is approximately 8 km away (10 minutes by car), while Paros National Airport is just 5 km away (about 7 minutes by car).



Other Things to Note:

It is very important to note that there are mandatory fees and taxes, including the accommodation tax, which will be added to the reservation price, as required by Greek law.

If these fees are not included in the total price, they must be paid upon your departure directly to the staff at the property.



Please note that the pool and bbq area is a shared facility and not part of the house maintenance. Nevertheless, we try our best keeping them in excellent condition in order you to enjoy it.
