“En realidad el hotel está muy viejo y atrasado. No tiene ascensor. Aunque noa metieron en la 4a.planta. cada dia nos han bajado una dado que ibamos con gente mayor. Desayuno justito sin apenas elección. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Solo dan toalla de ducha, no de manos. Y pastillitas jabon. Todo correcto y personal amable y colaborador.”

“HI !!! I booked the Hotel cause it is close to the Lima Airport and the price was almost 50% off the standard rate (I paid 48 $) . The problem is that the windows are not SOUND PROOF so a lot of noise due to the landing flights . There is not airconditioning but only a fan . The room was relatively cold cause the outside temperature was around 15°C : in summer it would be a disaster cause the temperature could be over 30°C and the landing aircraft noise would be absurd . “Dint even get to check in as the front staff was to rude and wanted to fight us on all topics . No real manager to speak of . We then asked for a phone number and name of manager to at least call to get some answers and they refused . Hotel not in good shape and not as advertised. Shaddy location and staff. I would not recommend booking or staying here . Even refused my refund for the stay . Luckily expedia did back us up and refunded us with there credit system . Good enough I guess... thanks...

“The room was satisfactory. The area around this hotel is quite loud. Even with closing the windows it’s difficult to block out the noise at night. The breakfast bar is satisfactory at best. The staff is lovely, but it’s difficult to communicate in English. Certainly not the fault of the staff, but it was a bit inconvenient. We used the translation feature on our phones when asking questions. The location is closer to the airport, but our next visit we will stay in MiraFlores. For anyone...

“The room’s condition and faculty are in poor conditions. Personnel not friendly at all. my husband and I left the premises two nights earlier. Your website provides wrong information. I would never recommend this place. ”
