It's a better place for people with car but we manage without and buy the pass for 72h (bus 4 at Carrelettes bring you to Caen), so we went to seashore (careful : summer is only July and August there :so a lot of place were close) and visit and enjoy Caen a lot...We went to the enchanted island, see the children jumping in the water from a bridge...There is a lot of activities for people who like to move, green road, bicycles renting.
