“Appartamentino con pareti interne in cartongesso. Ho trovato un cotton fiock usato in camera da letto. Manca il bidet e lo sciacquone del bagno non è particolarmente efficace, richiedendo di versare secchiate d'acqua. Il Wi-Fi si bloccava regolarmente, rendendo difficile l'esecuzione di videochiamate.”

“Our stay here was lovely, we had a beautiful suite with large windows overlooking the shopping street. Hotel is located in old town, very charming cobble stone streets. The staff was wonderful, always restocking fridge with waters. We forgot something in our hotel room and they were so kind to mail it to our US address. Very pleased and definitely recommend this hotel! ”

“Lovely hotel with great staff members on reception. Let us leave our luggage with them after checkout for collection later and also kindly lent us a UK power adapter when we’d failed to pack one. Only dropping a star due to unexplained fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. I’m sure that doesn’t happen often, but it was a bit of a scare!”

“Base Geneva is a new apartment hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful, close to train station/bus/tram and walking proximity to various Geneva site. The place has a gym, laundry and rooftop to enjoy a drink. Definitely if I return to Geneva and plan to stay here again. 👍”

“Personale della reception molto gentile, La camera anche andava bene letti comodi, non c’è l’aria condizionata ma i ventilatori erano sufficienti e potenti. Essendo due stanze unite era molto comodo avere due wc. L’unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è la pulizia delle stoviglie, le padelle erano tutte unte di grasso e un po’ andate. Purtroppo la lavastoviglie non l’abbiamo usata perché era troppo sporca e in parte intasata. Abbiamo comprato il detersivo e abbiamo lavato tutto a mano. peccato...
