“Basic stay - nothing fancy! ”

“Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again.”

“Very nice room and very clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing I would say for a slight negative is that the walls are thin and you hear all foot steps above. Conversations around your room.”

“My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance.”

“Breakfast menu was not quite as varied as other Fairfield Inns I've stayed at, but it was adequate. Glad to have non-dairy options for my coffee at breakfast (which seems to be rare for most hotel breakfasts) Room was clean. Decent shower and comfortable bed.”

“They charge a $50 deposit that you’re not informed about until trying to check in. No room was available for myself or the gentleman who walked in right before me. They blamed renters for late check-outs. Broken shower. I could go on. I don’t think I’d stay again. ”

“Room was very outdated lighting in the bathroom is horrible,no vent in bathroom to suck the steam out when ur getting a shower, floors in the whole room felt dirty like they wasn't mopped , mattress was very hard”

“The room was great. I enjoyed my stay. I do suggest that bottled water be complimentary as the coffee is.”

“room ok though a bit spartan The really awful part was outside - bird excrement everywhere - Filthy - it was terribly hard to overcome that first impression when a bucket of soapy water and a pressure washer could have readily fixed the problem. I have no idea what was going but loud conversation interrupted our sleep several times during the night, not partying but even occured at 4;30 but clean am”
