“Are host was very welcoming considering the family was dealing with the birth of a new baby! the amenities were fine. We were fine with the outdoor access; however, it might be helpful for afety reasons to eith adjust the sensor ligh or add one more so that the stairway is illuminated both at the bottom and top walkway.”

The amenities were OK, not amazing. The space did have a bit of a musty smell, but we were able to air it out opening doors/windows. The location was perfect though, very walkable. ”

“Our host KK was wonderful! Communication was great, check in/out was easy, and our rental was spotless! The rental was in walking distance from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, as well as a number of restaurants. We were assigned a parking spot and were even given a guest parking pass for our adult daughter to use when she visited. I would recommend this rental without hesitation and would gladly stay again when visiting our daughter in LA. Thanks KK for a wonderful stay! ”
