“We arrived late after a very long drive, and the check-in staff were friendly & efficient. Our room was very clean, the beds were SO comfy, and the room had unexpected amenities like a magnifying mirror and little vanity corner. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Originally we were assigned a second floor room. Although elevators were available my 92 year old mother wanted a ground level room. I went back into the lobby and 5 minutes later we had gotten a ground level room right in front of a handicapped parking spot. Excellent service”

“It was a good location. That's why we chose it. But it was very "bare bones." The soap/shampoo in the shower was awful. There was a smell of smoke even though I thought we had a non smoking room. And when we woke up there was no hot water. It was remedied after my husband went to speak to the front desk. I would say the bathroom.waa clean but the shower has mold in it.”

“We go there because we usually travel with our dog. To be honest, it is hard to rate any room that allows pets to be anything other than good, but I think it is hard to find any place that allows pets better than Bestway in the area. They have a microwave, a refrigerator with small freezer space, and a coffee maker (though we travel with our own). Floors are not carpeted, which is great for having a dog along.
