Hotel per fare shopping a Passau

“The schloss ort is in one of the best locations to visit Passau historic old town. There was beautiful views of the river from our room and the breakfast and terrace areas. This made our stay v relaxing. The boutique hotel is lovely and bedrooms very comfortable with great bed . The breakfast was lovely even if a little expensive. The slight negatives were that no one welcomed us when we arrived at 7.30pm and a letter and key were left on reception desk but we did realise that the reception...

“The rooms didn’t look at all like on the pictures. Dirty floor and broken furnitures. hotel’s policy says online that a dog cost 5€ but receptionists insisted that it is 10€, unprofessional. Overpriced for what you get.”

“Sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war leider sehr gestresst und hektisch. Ab 8:00 Uhr gibt es eigentlich Frühstück. Leider war das komplette Frühstück (Brötchen etc.) erst ab ca. 8.15/8.20 Uhr verfügbar. Das war etwas nervig, da nicht jeder Gast unendlich Zeit hat. ( besonders, wenn es sich um eine Geschäftsreise handelt)”
