“This place was absolutely wonderful! My first time experiencing an onsen and it was amazing. The shuttle pick up and drop off from the train station was great. The welcoming staff at check in/check out. The room I selected was AMAZING!! So serene and quiet. I got the private bath with my room, and boy was it relaxing. Staff were friendly, I forget there names but the people who waited on me and at reception were friendly, polite and helpful. Nice and peaceful and onsen was great. Loved the food here, it was the best food I ate in my month long trip to Japan and would 100% come back here”
