“We stayed there from March 9 through the 12th and could not be happier! This property was extremely clean and convenient to everything! The owner is extremely friendly and more than accommodating. If you’re looking for a Clearwater beach getaway, this would be the place to stay!”

“Service was terrible, staff mostly unfriendly and constantly saying how busy they are. I waited over 90 minutes for the bellman during checkout. Apparently there was a problem with the phone saying I was calling from a different room, however, they called my cell to remind me of the checkout time, and I called the front desk 4 times, each time stating what room I was in. Lost an entire afternoon and had to change our plans due to the wait. For the price, it was not worth it. ”

“I’m not the complainer type .My room #203 had a gorgeous view and staff was nice . But our bathroom was left unfinished and there was dry wall mesh stuck on the floor and stuck inside the sink. And the walls looked unfinished. The toilet paper holder and bracket was left on the bathroom counter . Like if someone was about to install it.”

“Our family had a wonderful 4-night stay at this well kept hotel. The apartment was spacious, very clean, had nice amenities, and the hotel is conveniently located just steps from the beach. We recommend and would be happy to stay there again. ”

“I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized. I was traveling solo, so it was ok with me but, if you travel with others, you really need to be intimate as the bathroom is really tiny. Very helpful host and I was also allowed to leave the room one hour later than normal check out. The hotel has a pool but I opted for the beach which is beautiful and literally across the street. “Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“If you want a CLEAN place to stay near Clearwater Beach, DO NOT STAY HERE! We requested a late check-in because we had been at Busch Gardens until late that evening. I was texted a code to get in to our room. We arrived at 10:30 pm and walked into a FILTHY room. There was a glob of toothpaste on the bathroom sink, a wad of hair on the shower wall, and gross soap scum all over. No Kleenex/tissues provided. The bed sheets appeared and felt clean, thankfully, but did not fit the bed and kept coming...
