“I would definitely stay here again! The room was so clean, beds were so comfortable and the location was so great! Kathy was extremely accommodating and sweet. Parking is right there outside of the pool which is great. The fans and air conditioning in the room were amazing especially walking around the beach in very hot and humid conditions. No complaints!”

“We stayed in the king sized bed with a balcony view of the marina and it was our best stay ever. We had so much fun grabbing drinks at the restaurant downstairs and it was a very short walk to the beach, other restaurants and fun places to go. There is a pretty large pool and a waterfall hot tub that we used at least once every day. The staff was so nice. The only downside was that the food downstairs isnt great so we only had appetizers and got food other places! Will definitely be back very...

“The best stay during our vacation! Beautiful location and very close to Pier 60 and all amenities. The kitchen has all you need to cook, comfortable beds, very clean toilet. Personnel extremely kind, they provided me an umbrella for the beach beacause we didn’t have it. Even if it was full, there was silence and respect for everyone. Amazing!”

“The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia. Even when I called directly, one of the three client service agents was not helpful whatsoever. However, once I was given the number to text, communication was much better. “Rick and Ricardo, the bartenders, found out I was there for a funeral. They went above and beyond making me feel better about the reason for my visit. Also, the main valet gentleman was the best. I was attacked by no-see-ums one night and ended up with quite the welt on my head. I showed it to Rick. Within minutes he was back with hydrocortisone cream for the welt and it worked. I found the entire staff to be very accommodating, but the three individuals above stood out.”
