“Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! “We stayed in Criccieth studio apartment and it was perfect. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space, great kitchen facilities to allow for self catering. Lovely buffet breakfast in the main hotel building. Great choice of food in the restaurant in the evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed for discovering Criccieth and has good parking.”

So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. ”

The main issue is that the location is not near anything and feels a bit remote. The grounds could use a little attention as well, but this is of lesser importance. The family who operate the hotel are invested and are a delight”
