“Handy location, good room”

“Location not in downtown, but inna nice area with all comforts and accessible via Skytrain. Nice staff at the reception, my special note to Alex, good foid at breakfast. Room a bit out to date, especially considering the price paid. ”

“Rooms were dirty and under construction or so we thought, no pictures on the wall, old and out dated bathrooms, sticky floors, no head boards for the beds, did not have proper blind for the window, run down hotel, staff were great ”

“Keefer House is for people who want to feel at home while away from home. I was so impressed with how clean & stocked up the room was. The room was beautiful & comfortable. There is no front desk but Juan who works onsite was super helpful along with the remote staff who helped guide my stay. Can’t wait to stay at the Keefer House again! ”

“i had a nice 5 day stay a little out of the way in Kensington. (no skytrain nearby). the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing kitchen to use. will stay again.”

“The staff are excellent. I got a room on the top floor. Didn't use the pool but it looks great. The hotel offers a very good breakfast, fast service. So many restaurants in the area. The Shipyards area has a great atmosphere. The room fridge has drinks of every description.”

“A good hotel in a strategic area, but services can be improved, considering it's a four-star hotel. Coffee machines on the ground floor often don't work. I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. So disappointing, considering the price of the room! ”

“The hotel is in a central, safe and convenient location; also very close to public transit. The staff were the best! From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are lovely and large. The restaurant had very tasty food. I honestly think this is the best...
