“The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. ”

“Casa Amapola is more well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared than any vacation home I’ve stayed in over the years. Anything we thought we needed, we found- even birthday candles! The house is even better in person than it looks in the photos, otherwise everything is as described. We were so comfortable and felt at home very quickly. “The neighborhood was great for this rental. The location was also about an hour from all mayor attractions and beaches as well as the airport which made it convenient. The house was comfortable and spacious, we really enjoyed the grill area and pool while we were in the house. I recommend it.”

“The property is large enough to accommodate big families. The pool is clean and adequate. The property is dated and needs a new stovetop. The bathrooms are adequate for our large group. They could use upgrades also. We worked the many stairs but for young children or physically challenged people it would be difficult. There’s an elevator but it is unreliable. The property manager is extremely responsive! It was very helpful when we needed assistance like oven mitts. Overall we enjoyed our stay!...

“First of all, the views were breathtaking - views of the river, mountains, and jungle. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were perfect with all the amenities we could want in a romantic getaway. We were surprised with a bathtub and candlelight looking over the river. As far as cleanliness, this was cleaner than any Marriott or Hyatt ive stayed. Highly reccommend visiting for any occasion!”

The house itself could use a little updating and repair, but was comfortable enough for our stay. There are wonderful restaurants very close by. We loved "living like a local" for a month. Aida and her team made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any issues. I would gladly come back for another month!”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house was clean, functional, and attractive, but it was really the outside of the house that we loved so much. There are several places outside you can hang out and enjoy the gardens and relax. We enjoyed the food at Calixto just around the corner. The Kiosks were alive with music and karaoke our first night. Pete and Liamm were excellent hosts. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would love to stay here again!”
