“We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill. There is a small convenience store nearby that you can access. It’s easier to walk 10mins downhill to the beach, restaurants...

“Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization.”
