“We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill. There is a small convenience store nearby that you can access. It’s easier to walk 10mins downhill to the beach, restaurants...

“Group of 8 20 year olds stayed here for 6 nights with 6 rooms. The rooms were extremely clean and cleaned again every day. Our stay felt very secure and we were able to come and ago as we pleased. There was some confusement with payment as we payed/booked through hotels.com and there was a delay with Dydi receiving this money. However the whole situation was dealt with calmly and smoothly. “Vattnet var avstängt under en av dagarna och vi fick vänta med att checka in för att de inte hunnit städa. Rummet saknar även utrustning som kastrull till köket och en vettig kniv, fans inte något bra ställe att hänga upp blöta badkläder och handdukar. Det skulle behövas belysning på vägen upp till hotellet då det är hundar som stryker runt där utanför på kvällarna. I övrigt var det helt ok hotell. Fint hus med trevlig balkong och trevlig personal vid receptionen. ”

"La posizione con camera vista sull’oceano, tranquillo e subito raggiungibile il lungomare e con una passeggiata Patong Beach. Fantastico lo staff. Unica pecca la spiaggia dell’hotel entrando in mare molto pietroso. Servizio navetta disponibile solo per scendere e non per salire con tre corse tardo pomeriggio, poche. Ottima colazione. Resta una scelta consigliata."

"Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization."
