"Mandarin Hotel is perfectly located in BKK downtown, close to MRT and in a strategic position to go everywhere in the city. Room large and very well equiped, all facilites of a 4 star available and top service by the personel. Fantastic Breakfast buffet. Highly recommended. Will come back if visiting BKK again. "

"Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization."

"Peccato dare solo 5 stelle! Non avrei potuto desiderare di meglio per il nostro viaggio a Bangkok con la famiglia e amici! Personale professionale con attenzioni dedicate alle occasioni importanti come il compleanno di nostro figlio, camera stupenda ad angolo con finestre panoramiche e posizione comodissima essendo a 2 passi dal Pier che facilita tutti gli spostamenti. Non esiterei a prenotare nuovamente!"
