“Parking safe and easy. Bath tub wasn’t clean. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. ”

“We checked in late at night due to traveling, the girl checking us in was super kind and friendly!! Parking was easy, and close to the expressway. The room was decent, bed skirts were a bit dirty, but bedding themselves were clean. Showers and bathrooms were clean, as well as towels. We needed to get back on the road early, so we did not stay for breakfast. ”

“Was not the cleanest place I have ever stayed. One outside door was broken and leaning on wall inside stairwell, so stairwell to inside rooms was completely accessible to anyone. We were originally given a room on the second floor and neither of the keys worked to open the door. My husband had to go down twice to try and have the keys fixed while our children and I camped out in the hallway with all of our baggage. “My car was damaged by the valet at my stay here in September. I reported it to Hilton and filed a claim a month later. Called for months to try and get help with the situation. Only to be told that too much time had lapsed and I hadn’t filed a claim, when I absolutely did! Hilton took no responsibility for this not an I’m sorry here’s where to take your car to be fixed, here’s a free stays to help make things right. “Very disappointing stay. We chose this property for the pool and hot tub to wrap up our spring break trip with the family. Hot tub was broken, pool was too full of people to enjoy plus no towels. Ended up just going back to the room which was not much better, beds were hard and people ubove us were very noisy. I'll go with a different option If back in the area. ”
