The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, sauna, table tennis, fitness Center, library, children's play areas, a cafe, laundry, elevators, porter service and 24 hour gated security.

As a self-catering condo you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave.
The good sized living / sleeping area is furnished with a double bed and a dressing table. There is also a living area with a sofa and coffee table, along with a flat screen TV with DVD player.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included.

In this ground floor condo there is also a balcony and air conditioning.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- There is free parking on premises.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 4,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
