FYI*
1) For security reasons, we installed CCTV camera outside the house and the first floor. As there were issues in the past.

2) Please note that this is an older house, and we are renting it in its original condition at an affordable price.

3) The bedrooms and the bathtub area do not have curtains installed.

4) Bringing unauthorized individuals into the house is not permitted. Any issues arising from this will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

5) Please note that our property requires a deposit following
1) for Daily rental deposit 2,000 THB
2) for Weekly rental deposit 15,000 THB
3) for Monthly rental deposit 30,000 THB
for the house and key. This deposit can be paid upon arrival and will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage has occurred.
