“The property was super clean and well maintained. Despite there being a global outage that hindered checkin, we were met with some of the BEST staff. They maintained their professionalism and manually checked a full lobby of guests in the old fashioned way, without a computer! Then to top it off had to walk each guest to their room to open the door. The system came up that evening and we were given our room keys after dinner. “The room was not clean at all. There was an used soap in the bathtub, hair on the bathroom floor, and the room was very run down. For the price of the room, I would expect a well maintained and clean room.”

“Room was clean, nice river view. Good location. No beach at this property as it was advertised (not a big deal for us but just be aware). The add is misleading, the Natura resorts are far from each other and you need a vehicle to go between them. It was not an issue for us and having access to all Natura facilities was great. They can have better/more washing machines if it’s advertised as available. We will be back.”

“The room we stayed in had several safety issues. The bathroom door would not close all the way, and the bedroom door handle was broken. During the middle of the night, the bedroom door became locked, and we were unable to get out. If there had been an emergency, this could have been very dangerous, especially since the windows do not appear to open, so there was no alternate way to exit the room. We arrived late that night, and when this happened, we called the emergency service number several...
