Hotel vicino a Pavilion Shopping Center - New Orleans

“The place was beautiful the complaint I have is the pillows were to soft for my liking but this normal for Hilton hotels in general ”

“Stained or dirty sheets. No bath towels in room. Staff wouldn’t bring towels—had to go down and get them. Pancake maker broken. ”

“Was not picked up or dropped off at the airport by shuttle. Front desk did send LYFT car and scheduled LYFT for the next day to take us back to the airport. Front desk clerk did not seem very happy to be working on a Saturday. Had a problem with toilet in room not flushing completely. Was told maintenance was gone for the day at 6PM when reported to Front desk. My husband had to use a restroom in the lobby that night and the next morning. Snack machines very limited. Unable to get across 6...

“Room was very spacious. However for being an accessible room it was so very far away and luckily I had a motorized cart as walking was ridiculous. Shower and bathroom was very accessible. ”

“Overall should be ok. But some time the fire alarm fails and ... al night in the parking lot! General service is ok. Clean enough. Poor breakfast.”

“The ceiling in the bathroom had mold and after asking maintenance came and painted the ceiling. There was a half of roll of toilet paper when I checked in. I asked the front desk for more and the gentleman rudely told me they only give the first roll and you would have to supply your own after that. This extended stay has no pots or utensils so don’t even think about cooking anything. The overall experience was 2-3 stars .”

“Struttura pulita e confortevole ”

“Nothing but complete FILTH!!!! Strong smell of WEED in every common area!! Parking lot is small so you may have to park in a shady lot across the street that was full of broken glass from cars being broken into.This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. 100% filthy!!! Kids feet and socks were disgusting within 3 minutes of being without shoes on. Wires hanging out of the wall where there is supposed to be smoke detectors, stopped up sink, leak inder sink, tub/shower...

“Week end di halloween… per fortuna abbiamo trovato ancora una camera in questo hotel! Il signore alla reception gentile.. ci ha dato una camera al piano terra! Bella grande, pulita! Letto stupendo e lenzuola pulitissime e anche gli asciugamani morbidi, puliti e nuovi! Prodotti da bagno. Frigo e micro e ferro da Stiro ! Siamo rimasti 3 notti per il week end di halloween !
