Was told maintenance was gone for the day at 6PM when reported to Front desk. My husband had to use a restroom in the lobby that night and the next morning. Snack machines very limited. “The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that.”
