Mi aspettavo di più..da un 5 stelle...
purtroppo c'è stato qualche problema al checkout. mi hanno mostrato la mia fattura e c'era un prezzo di circa 50 euro in meno rispetto a quello che avevo già pagato in italia. mi sono allitterato e chiederò spiegazioni ad hotels.com. loro mi hanno solo saputo dire che era colpa di expedia... poco professionali ! Inoltre al momento del check in non ci sono state fornite informazioni nè su Salonicco, nè sulle facilities dell'hotel stesso. pensate che abbiamo scoperto di avere la SPA interna all'albergo solo nell'ultimo giorno per puro caso...

Αξίζει η επίσκεψη.
Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο με ιδιαίτερα φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.Υπεροχο πρωινό και ωραία δωμάτια.Λιγο πρόβλημα στο πάρκινγκ αλλά πάντα θα σε βοηθήσουν.Η περιοχή ήσυχη και μακριά από το θορυβωδες κέντρο.Υπαρχουν εστιατόρια στην γύρω περιοχη.Βεβαια ως μέλος του Hotels.com δικαιουμουν ένα μπουκάλι κρασί που δεν δωθηκε ποτέ ούτε το ζήτησα βέβαια.Επιπλεον υπήρξε και χρέωση για σκυλάκι που δεν υπήρχε πουθενά στην ιστοσελίδα.

Hotel war gut, Balkon war sehr klein dafür hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht. Frühstück war ganz in Ordnung es gab kleine Brötchen, Toast und kleines griechisches Gebäck. Das Doppelbett ist in der Mitte ganze Zeit auseinander geruscht das war sehr nervig. Personal war sehr freundlich und es war sauber.

The hotel was great and the staff was excellent. The hotel advertised an airport shuttle but only offered taxi service. The pool was closed the days we wanted to use it. The room was great. We would stay there again.

Decent hotel.
The hotel was decent and in North American style. Parking was available but was not dedicated underground parking. The TVs were a real problem I had to have them replaced twice. The third one was tolerable. Overall a nice and upscale place to stay. Definitely expensive but it was a 5 star hotel after all. If the tvs were better my experience would have been excellent!

The hotel's Operations Manager, Mr. Katsaros Miltiadis, was an amazingly kind friendly helpful cooperative respectful gentleman. We had a nice clean spacious suite. A good buffet breakfast within a nicely decorated restaurant. Dining restaurant at the hotel was limited though on the menu! As a whole, staying at this hotel is recommended.

Gutes Hotel aber Keine 5 Sterne
Hotel liegt sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt! Zu Fuß ist man so bis 1 Stunde unterwegs! Du kannst aber auch in ca. 200 Meter den Bus Nummer 27 nehmen, der fährt direkt in die City für 0.90 Cent. Geld für Automaten passend haben !! Laut Goldstatus könnten wir ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite nutzen, sollten eine Flasche Wein bekommen und früher einchecken dürfen. Einchecken war sofort gegen Mittag möglich ( Nachsaison ) aber das Upgrade wurde erst auf Anfrage vor Ort gemacht. Auf die Flasche Wein warten wir heute noch. Eigentlich wurde dieses alles dem Hotel schon beim Buchen des Zimmers mitgeteilt ! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Zimmer wurde einmal nicht gereinigt ?! Aber auf Nachfrage war innerhalb 10 Minuten jemand da der dieses wenigstens im Bad nachholte. Fenster ist verschlossen wurde aber auf bitte hin geöffnet. Die Junior Suite entsprach nicht den Bildern siehe Buchungsseite. Oder wir haben keine Junior Suite bekommen. Dieses sollte 2 Fenster haben eines als Balkonfenster. Das Doppelbett entpuppt sich als 2 zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten auf denen 2 weiche Matratzen lagen. Man rutschte immer wieder in die Lücke in der Mitte. Kein gutes schlafen ! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Am Sonntag gibt es Extras z. B. Lachs. Warum nur Sonntags ? Pool ist leider bei über 25 Grad geschlossen. Obwohl Wasser drin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Das Auto wird kostenlos eingeparkt.

4 stars hotel outside Thessaloniki (City center)
VIP Hotel for Hotels.com customers, with possible upgrade (I received). Hotel in the outskirts of Thessaloniki and rather far from center. Valet parking (free) and good wifi signal. Comfortable bedding. All in all, good hotel except if you expect visiting Thessaloniki center (my opinion)
