“Check in required standing in line for too long (almost 45 minutes). More help was needed at the desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort. There was also a problem at the desk with check out. While leaving the building, I noticed that my check out had been completed under a different customer's name. I had to go back to the desk to have it corrected. So, the check in and check out could have been much better. Thank you!”

“Nice clean and spacious property, as advertised. The pool is nearby and was also clean and well maintained. Close proximity to golf and a short drive to public beach access.”

“Great property for my family. Everything was clean and working. We loved the outside stair access to the pool and beach. LBTS is maintained so well from landscape to buildings. We will definitely stay in this condo again! ”

“Bugs were terrible. The sink and kitchen counter crawled with tiny bugs. I called the front desk and although I was told they would send an exterminator, no one came. There were 3 dead roaches on the floor when we arrived and we were greeted both mornings with a new one in the middle of the floor. I was worried we would transport them home so I had to be especially vigilant in guarding against the critters taking home in our luggage and bags.”
