The room smelled clean, bed was nice, clean and comfortable, shower had stains from a cleaner, carpet needed replaced. Excellent, friendly staff. Free hot coffee most of the day but no tea, only available by asking desk clerks. Ample parking, pool should be heated as was too cold to use. Very small hot tub. Many food choices within walking distance and beach directly in front. Would absolutely stay again.
