Il nostro grazioso 'BENVENUTO' a voi per la bellissima Toscana By The Sea, il nostro elegante, condominio immacolata casa è elegantemente arredata per il vostro divertimento. Inserisci la sala da pranzo / soggiorno toscano con un fascino del Vecchio Mondo, spazioso che ti attira sul balcone con vista sull'oceano, con un bel sorgere del sole e brezze oceaniche. Rilassatevi sul balcone con comode poltroncine girevoli. Martini bar nelle vicinanze.

Questa rara casa su due livelli dispone di camere da letto decorate professionalmente al piano di sotto. Tutti i letti hanno materassi nuovi estremamente confortevoli. Una caratteristica meravigliosa è la master suite king con vasca idromassaggio, che ha un giardino tropicale privato. Questa rara suite al piano terra conduce a una passerella privata appartata e a circa 200 gradini, tra cui scale sulle dune alla spiaggia. Lo chiamiamo "Bed & Beach". Sereno e tranquillo. Innamorarsi di nuovo.

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Ocean view from living room and balcony was great! Lots of room. Loved the ice-maker in the bar! Amazon Alexa was also a nice touch.

Summer beach vacation

Property was just as advertised, great private community. Sit on balcony drink your morning coffee and watch the waves roll in. Location is just a short walk to the beach, well stocked residence, no need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas all included. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful week at Litchfield, SC

Unit was very clean, owner communicated well with us. People we ran into at the complex were all extremely nice and helpful! The tuscany theme is nicely done but on a personal choice I like a lighter beachy theme. But, I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great Getaway

The condo was beautiful, immaculately clean, and very well stocked. Everything you could possibly need was included. The location was wonderful and very close to the ocean. Although the condo is in a condo development, the beach was never crowded. Linda was always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay! A fabulous property which was immaculately clean and well furnished.

My wife and I were there for a week. This property is well deserving of it's perfect 5 Star rating. The property was very well furnished and extremely clean. Much more like your own home than the typical rental property. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Litchfield Beach area.

Great Stay in Litchfield

This was our first trip to Pawley's Island and it did not disappoint. The townhouse is fully stocked and extremely clean. The owner and her caretaker could not have been more accessible. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The walk to the beach is not far at all and the view of the ocean is picture perfect. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed each each morning! The resort is beautiful and quiet. We never had issues parking while we were there during peak season. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

Beautiful Beach Front Property

Extremely clean, spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with beautiful sunrise views over the ocean. Very comfortable beds and there are beach chairs included too. The extra touches that Lin provides are above all others. The ice maker is a champ! As soon as you enter through the gate house you know you have arrived at a special place. The entire property is manicured to near perfection. Very well maintained and conveniently located to the shopping center, boutiques, restaurants, and attractions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Upon arrival, housekeeping had made sure the property was sparkling clean. The owner was readily available to assist us if needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The chairs and umbrellas were a nice extra with the unit. The master suite has a very relaxing atmosphere. We loved our stay!

Amazing getaway ❤️

We decided last minute to take a vacation when we stumbled across Linda’s place. To say she was the “hostess with the mostest” is an understatement. Linda went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly prior to our arrival and even had a welcome gift for us when we arrived. She made us feel like family and we will definitely stay at her place again. We were mere steps from the beach but still had privacy. The townhome was very clean and well decorated. Definitely a 5 star!

Litchfield Sandpiper A-1-T

High-end, oceanfront townhouse in Litchfield by the Seas. The entire community is great. We played tennis each day, went fishing in the lakes, swam in the very clean pool and enjoyed the beauty of the community layout. Plenty of room on beach in this gated community. The townhouse was very well-maintained with high end decorations and bedding. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas or boogie boards! They are included! Lyn, our host, was very accommodating and even offered a late check-out! Loved it!

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We have been coming to Litchfield for 15+ years, and my parents actually own a condo there with other couples. This was our first time renting through VRBO, and the process was so smooth. This is a really large condo super close to the beach. Beautiful, clean and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Within moments of booking the experience started. I received a welcome email with Owner Linda’s contact information and additional information related to the unit. All of the descriptive information was “ spot on “. You will love this property. Cleanest place I’ve ever booked. Ownership pride is evident throughout. Nice furniture, appliances, dishware, cookware and on and on. Expected the usual bare bones rental unit and instead experienced a “ wow “. Will absolutely return. Cheers
