Alive After Five Where Tranquility Meets the Ocean

Alive After Five is a spectacular oceanfront home desirably located on the private north end of Litchfield Beach. Located at 1210 Parker Drive, this spacious 6 bedroom 5 bath beach home comfortably sleeps 18.

Open living spaces provide the perfect setting for hosting large family gatherings along with screened porches and open decks which are ideal for taking in the majestic Litchfield beaches and endless Carolina sun. Take advantage and enjoy the convenience of the private inground pool that allows you unlimited hours of swimming!

The Gourmet kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, icemaker, wet bar, gas stove, granite counters open dining area and breakfast bar. Design features include ample cabinet and storage space, fireplace, first floor king master suite with his and hers master baths and attached oceanfront Carolina room. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor; one with a king bed and the other with twin over double bunk beds will share a full bath. Upstairs bedrooms feature ocean views in the 2 master suites each with 1 King bed, 2 twins and private full baths. 3rd bedroom equipped with a twin bunk bed set, an additional single twin, and private bath. Cozy game room with television and board games is an ideal “get away” for the kids in the family.

North Litchfield is convenient to golf, restaurants, shopping, bike trails, Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park.

Inside Features: free wifi, cable, surround sound, washer/dryer, numerous TV’s, Elevator available for special needs, heated towel racks, and walk in bathtub.
